Update problem

I have downloaded the 2.0 update and I have installed the Catch Updater plugin. Then I went to upload the new updated theme via Appearance => Themes => Add New => Upload. This is what the system tells me: Unpacking the package… Installing the theme… Destination folder already exists. /public_html/wp/wp-content/themes/catch-responsive-pro/ Theme install failed. Thanks for the great theme, hope you can help.
