Update from 4.6.6 to 4.6.7

Hello, i have installed Catch Box Pro 4.6.6 with a child theme Look: http://www.melchendorfer-markt.de/ Today i manually downloaded Catch Box Pro 4.6.7 and wanna update it via FTP-Program. But now the website with my child-theme looks terrible. What went wrong? Can you give me an Step-By-Step-Instruction for updating from 4.6.6 to 4.6.7 with a child-theme?
