unlinked menu title

Hello Sakin, I learned how to add an unlinked title to a menu here: http://www.wpbeginner.com/beginners-guide/how-to-add-titles-in-wordpress-menu-without-linking-to-a-page/ and it works but not in the responsive menu, which shows a link to "undefined." Can you help with this, please? Thanks.
