Unclear of update process from Free (child) to Pro

Hi all, We finally paid for an upgrade to Catch Box Pro, and so I want to implement the new abilities. However, I'm a little unclear on the upgrading process within the admin panel. I manually ftp'd the catch-box-pro folder up to the themes folder. However, when I go into admin I have catch-box, catch-box-child and catch-box-pro folders, and then when I go into the admin panel I see all three themes. Obviously, if I click on the Pro theme to activate it, it will be pro. But, what about any of the changes I made on my child theme (albeit minimal at best)? Do I simply change the name of the child them, and then change the hooks in the style.css file to point to the pro folder/theme? Thanks! Robert
