Unable to update theme

Hello, I am not able to update the Catch Box Pro Theme, despite using the Catch Theme Installer. The zip file from this procedure Go to Dashboard=> Appearance=> Themes, click Add Theme. Click Upload Theme then upload the theme’s zip file. just does not appear anywhere... In addition to my previous post from January 14th about editing functionality problems for posts on the page, I did deactivate all plugins, issues persisted...
