Unable to reorder sections in section sorter catch everest pro version: 4.2.1

Hi there I can't reorder the static homepage thus it will be above the homepage featured content 3/4 columms. I had done it before in the Temes option, but can't find the section order anymore. Please help - the site is https://vestegnenssportsterapeut.dk in advance thank you very much.
