unable to publish FRONT PAGE HEADER

Unable to publish FRONT PAGE HEADER. When I press publish it says published but there are no updates of changes to the following: 1. Header Image Tagline 2. Header Image Headline Color 3. Header Image Tagline Color 4. Header IMAGE 5. Header Background Color Initially used this theme then switched to another theme then switched back to the initial theme. After switching, I am unable to make publish any changes to the initial theme but am able to publish on the previous themes. I am using wordpress.org with bluehost. Hide Controls
