Unable to install update to 5.1

I have tried numerous times to download and then upload the plug-in, but I keep getting an “installation failed” error. Yes, I used the catch themes plug-in. And I also tried to update without it. Neither method works. Please don’t ask me to deactivate all my other plug-ins. Everything else is working fine.
