Two search field and a contact icon

Hi I am using the free version of Catch Flame. My problem is that I have two of the same thing at the top of my website. First I have a contact icon and a search icon. Beneath it, I have a search field and a contact icon. One set is enough. The top icons follow when I scroll down the page which is very irritating. How do I get rid of the top icons?
