Two questions — main slider image, 'readouts' on a page

Hello -- On my site (www.bosmolka.com), the main slider image appears correctly on a desktop platform, but sideways (rotated 90 degrees) on a mobile platform. Is that a ratio issue? Also, is there a way to insert what I know as 'readouts' or EQs ("enlarged quotes") on a page? Almost as an extra text box with larger type to pull out an interesting quote? Thx
