Two Questions- Change width Center and Mobile Menü

Hello, sorry for my bad English. I have two problems: 1. If I change the maximum width of the centerbox in the style.css everything ist ok (on PC and Mobile) but the same change in the Custom CSS-Box change the look of the mobile Version to a damaged PC Version. I think there's something missing. #primary { width: 750px; } #secondary { width: 260px; } 2. In the mobile Version the Menu is not so clear difference between the main and child Menu.
