Two problems…

Two problems Sakin... 1. I just installed Catch Evolution Pro 3 different ways and I am unable to get rid of the header graphic signature "Mark L. Volz" even if I go into customize and replace it. 2. Also, my dashboard indicates that there is an upgrade for Catch Evolution Pro. It says I have version 2.2 and the upgrade version is 2.9.3? I went to my account and there is no 2.9.3 only download available is version 2.2
