two post pages in featured content

Hi, I use the featured content, 4 columns. The first column is a normal page. The second column is a page with latest posts The Third column should be a column with also latest post, but post from another category. The problem is, that if I want to connect the third column to the second post page, the second page with the latest posts doesn't occur in the row. I cannot connect this page to de featured content. Is there a solution for this? Kind regards Hans Hagmeijer
