Two contact forms on the same page ?

Hi, I'm using Adventurous Pro. It seems impossible to have two different contact forms on the same page. If I put twice the same code they appear, but when I put a slightly different code, the 2nd form doesn't appear. I' using the JetPack contact form that doesn't allow this. Do you know another plugin that can do this ? Thank you for your help.
