Twitter link gone wrong

I have added twitter Appearance > Theme Options > Social links > Predefined Social Icons, but it doesn't show up. This is what I added: http://twitter.com/kingsholidaycot My website is www.kingsholidaycottages.co.uk Any thoughts?
