Twitter Feed Slider

Hello, Our Twitter Feed Slider changes back to the default feed (https://twitter.com/catchthemes), I have changed it back at least a dozen time, including twice this morning. I have turned it off, saved, wait a while, turned it on, added our info. It works for a while, then it defaults back. It is back at the default now @ 12:48 EST. Please advise...any help would be greatly appreciated! Our site is: plantricious.com
