trouble uploading new Catch Everest Pro

When i try to up load the Everest Pro in Appearance-Install Theme-upload it comes back with the this message Installing Theme from uploaded file: 404.php Unpacking the package…   The package could not be installed. PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10) : Unable to find End of Central Dir Record signature Can you please help me
