transparency and all in one SEO

Dear Sakin, i recently bought the pro version (which i'm very happy with) and have 2 questions: - I would like to make the side-bar semi transparent (shopping cart, products and tekst). I tried to follow the tips you gave to others but unfortunately, they didn't work. - I'm using the 'All in one SEO pack' plugin but it seems it doesn't work...is this theme related and can this be fixed? http://www.mirjamandrea.com/ Help would be appreciated!
