Translation

Hi everyone, I bought the Cat Everest Pro theme. I download on my wordpress WPML to make some translations because my blog is in French (Main language) and in English. WPML find the file .po for French translation but, there is no .po for English. Maybe because the theme is in English normaly ? But, I would like to have French for the main language of my blog. Can you help me ? How can I creat a .po for English ? Can I download it ? Thx for your help and excuse my english :) Charlotte.
