Translating catch flames theme

I have the Catch flames theme and I want to translate it to Slovenian language. I downloaded teh "Poedit" application and created the si_SI.po and si_SI.mo files from catch-flames.pot file. Should I now upload them to the "languages" directory, but what next..? best regards
