Top of page ad placement (WordAds)

How can I place the "top of page" ad under the header/title and menu? Like this: https://www.mcall.com/#nt=mastheadnavbar (When I turn on top of page option, the ad appears at the very top of my page, above the site title.) This is my site https://independentamericancommunities.com/
