Top Menu Not visible

Hello, I am using this beautiful theme for a new website but for some weird reason I dont get the Top Menu Visible. Not on Desktop nor on Mobile devices. Second menu is no problem but on This new website I just dont get it visible. URL: https://test.id-develops.com/ I have another website where it works perfectly fine but that on another host with older PHP version. Already removed all Additional CSS to see if that would make a difference but it didnt. I have been looking in the forum but couldnt find such a topic. Any help please?
