Top header sidebar: sticky?

Hi here, would like to make to top header sidebar sticky, just as the header, so that the site scrolles under top header sidebar and header - is that possible? Site - solability.com, theme adventurous pro Also - i seem not to be able to adjust the link colour in the top header sidebar?
