Too much white space

I'm doing some stuff on a new site http://77.104.180.120/~museum69/ Featured content works fine but there is too much white space below it. Everything I've tried to reduce it has a 'knock on' effect. i.e. if it works on desktop looks lousy on phone etc. Is there a simple way to reduce this white space please?
