Too many h1 tags per side?

Hi, I wanted to optimize my side regarding OnPage SEO. So if I analyze e.g. the page: http://www.sup-board-test.de/sup-board-ratgeber/das-richtige-sup-board-kaufen I can find 11 h1 tags. - Header Image - Home Page Title - 3x in Footer (Left, Middle, Right) - 3x in Sidebar (1 per Headline) - Title of Article - 2x the Option to go back and further on article I think this is to much - don't you? Before HTML5 we could have one h1 tag per side. I read with html 5 you could have one per section - ok. So I Need to eliminate at least: - Header Image - 2x in footer - 2x in sidebar - 2x Option to get back and further on article Could you explain how to do that? Or wouldn't you recommend that?
