To Top Plugin not working

Hello, RE: sloaneranger.com.au I cannot get the To Top plugin working. I have enabled all the options in Customiser and uploaded my own image to use. Whether I have my own icon selected or one of the other graphic options, the icon doesn't appear on screen. Thanks
