Things all showing up in the wrong place…

Here's a link to my site: http://www.captivatinghearts.net/ Header/Logo Area, Navigation Bar and Featured Image are all in the Wrong place... should be logo then nav bar then featured image mine is featured image, then logo, then space, then nav bar. Help?
