Theme update to 0.1.4

Hey Sakin what's in this version? Will updating my theme have any side effects? Like, loss of data. Also at the update page in my wordpress right above the theme update part there is this note. "Please Note: Any customizations you have made to theme files will be lost. Please consider using child themes for modifications." What would i lose from updating and what will i gain? By gain i mean the patch notes (improvements etc.) Thanks in advance...
