Theme update – new issues

I just updated the theme to the latest and everything was fine until I touched the footer settings under theme options. I did the reset, but that didn't correct it. Not sure that's the issue because I did a reload of the theme and it still didn't correct. I now have the layout not working. The default should be 3 columns and the home page is showing only one, AND it is showing the theme slider and I didn't have that turned on. Also, I cannot disable the theme slide, it won't stay clicked. Please can you take a look. http://townofhanley.ca/
