Theme update failure

When I attempt to update my theme I get the following error message. Installing Theme from uploaded file: catch-responsive-pro.4.3.zip Unpacking the package… Installing the theme… Destination folder already exists. /home/ptidwell54/public_html/lophatcabinets.com/wp-content/themes/catch-responsive-pro/ Theme installation failed.
