Theme seems not compatible with the WP app for iPad/iPhone

Hello, This simply to let you know that WP's app for iPad/iPhone doesn't work with this very great theme. When trying to save a post, it gives back "error 403" or "Forbidden", and often "error 404" whilst uploading. I tried to disable all plug-ins, and nothing. The app restarts working only changing theme to default one. With default theme it works absolutely fine. Tested with iPad Retina and iPhone 5 on two blogs, WordPress app 3.6.3, WordPress 3.5.2 and Catch Box 2.5. Thank you anyway for your great work!
