Theme scroll not correctly up

Hi there We use the Fullscreen Pro Theme on https://keel.live But we have a bug by scrolling upwards, since there is always about 1 cm of the old image at the bottom. Can you tell me, what we are doing wrong? A second smaller bug is the size of team members, if you only have 2 columns and 2 entries. The team members are to high on widescreen (16:10) displays... can you fix this? We use theme version 2.2.3 Thank you Pascal
