Theme Reset

Hi, I decided to do a theme reset, but for some reason it has disabled the Header!? When I inspect the source it says the following: Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 404 (Not Found). Can you suggest any way of resolving this, or will I need to delete the theme and start again? Thanks Scott
