Theme options not working

Hello there! I'm using Catch Everest free with Wordpress (both last version available) but, for any stange reason, the Theme options are not working. If, for example, I check or uncheck "Check to Disable Responsive Design" or "Check to Disable Header Right Section", nothing append I already tried to run on the theme without any plugin, changing PHP version under the hosting options, using a fresh wordpress installation and other thing, but nothing was a solution. Any idea about what can cause this? Many thanks.
