Theme Options Missing after Update of WordPress URL and Site Address

hello, I'd appreciate any help on this issue. We developed a small website using Catch Everest and a child theme. It was developed at a test domain, and when we went to update the site address to the new address (at Settings > General > Wordpress URL and Site Address) The current site is at: http://advancemy.biz It was at http://162.144.66.253/~wheatridgebiz We have updated the database replacing the new url with the old development url. However all of our custom Theme Options are gone. Can't find any of the content that was in Appearance > Theme Options - everything has been reset. Can I get my custom content back? Is there a protocol for updating to a new site url? Thank you.
