Theme Option Dropdown's Are Empty

Trying to add the theme options for service, portfolio, testimonials, etc. and ALL the dropdowns for (for example) Service 1, Service 2, Service 3 are all empty. They don't appear to read from anywhere. I would expect Posts, or Pages, or Featured Contents to be available in there, but nothing is.. effectively rendering these options useless. Am I missing something? Please help.
