Theme modifications not update

Good afternoon everyone. New on wordpress, I choose to buy "Bold Photography Pro | Premium Photography WordPress Theme" in order to quickly customize the website. However, many modification request are not upgrating to the website (like background colors for example). Is there are any "tutorial" or any video that I could use to process so?
