Theme installation failed

Hi I am trying to install clean-education-pro.2.4 for the first time and I am receiving the following error: Unpacking the package… Installing the theme… Destination folder already exists. /vhost/wphost1/e/n/v/envobs.com/www/wp-content/themes/clean-education-pro/ Theme installation failed. I have read through the forums and I can also confirm that I have uploaded and activated: catch-web-tools. Please help me with this issue. Thanks Gary
