Theme installation broke Simple:press

Hi Team :( I've just purchased your theme, but didn't notice that it has broke the forums while using the free version. The theme appears to have changed the page format of the Forums page to posts, so the forum API doesn't load (well, this is my take on the situation, but I'm no pro!) I have had bit of a fiddle around but i'm just totally damn stuck. A little help please?
