Theme in IE

After the update I put in some new pages in the website and now the menu dropdown comes behind the header and some pages are due to this not visible. Secondly in these new pages the bullets of the list are in the image and I can't get it right. These "problems" are only visible in Internet Explorer, not in Google chrome or Safari. How can I solve this? Kind regards
