Theme going crazy with Polylang

Whenever I activate the Polylang plugin, the whole site and menu go crazy stuff disappears or just doesn't work. I'm sure it's not Polylang, as I'm using it without issues on other themes. Any idea what might be the issue?/Have you had this issue before?
