theme cannot be changed

Hello I can't change the theme I can't see my theme in the theme editor, so I can't see what my page looks like. when I go through the menu; appearance then customize, I can't create different pages, I only have a home page for the moment how can i edit and create my site with this theme? Is it compatible with elementor? thank you
