Theme auto update issue

Hiya. I noticed there were a number of theme updates. I tried to update them but this is what I got in return. http://www.beatmania.co.nz/wp-content/uploads/2015/05/Theme-update-issue.png Perhaps I have to download the update from here instead and apply it that way?
