The text “undefined” appears below contact form tags

Hello I was using the Chique free theme and I had some contact forms from Contact Form 7. I have upgraded to Chique Pro and below some fields the word "undefined" appears. Specifically, it appears below checkboxes when I use tags and below the acceptance checkbox if there is text. Any ideas? Thanks
