The Hell of ''comments are closed''

Hi, I need a really very good help on this, I tried everything to remove the not beatiful ''comments are closed'' on my website posts but it just stand there like hell. I tried to remove and change a lot of things/lines but nothing happen. It just stand there. I tried to add a plugin but again nothing happens. Please, can anyone help on this thing?
