Testimonials Section: title and quote marks

Hi, 2 questions re: Testimonials section of the Zubin Photography free theme #1 How can I change the title 'TESTIMONIALS' to something else (like "My Stats") ? #2 How can I get rid of the quotation marks ? My site is still in the works, but it can be viewed at brycedaystar dot com. Thank you.
