Template blog page

Hi, I have Parallax Frame Pro and am disappointed that I can't find any page templates. Am I looking in the wrong place or does it come without any page templates? I really want to restrict posts to just a few on the front page and have a blog posts page that can feature many more, but I would much prefer a template to work from.
