Teams wrong width

So the instructions tell me to use images at 350x466 pixels for Teams. This only works if i use 4 columns. If I choose a 3-column layout, the image size seems to be 467x466, otherwise the text is not centered, and the active link-area on the picture is the wrong size. Surely this should not be the case?
