Tanslation and Menu issues

Dear, 1. I would like to translate some titles-sentences of my theme "My Music Band Pro" in french such as "News" which should be "Nouveautés", "Continue reading" which should be "Continuer la lecture"and "Home" which should be "Acceuil". I tryied to use Loco translate for the sentences but I didn't found any translation for the theme and it doesn't find the sentences by others ways. 2. I created a Confindentiality page (Page de confidentialité). I would like to have it only in the Footer and not in the Menu. I searched a long time to resolve all that but I didn't find how to do it.
