Suddenly cant show all plugin in the installed plugin

Hi All, i am using the free version 6.4.2, but suddenly cant show all the installed plugin, anyone can help to fix this issue? i tried below 2 options, but problem still.

i checked my profile is admin.
i tried reset the theme
